Premier did a great job repairing my Tesla Model Y when I got into a front-end collision earlier this year after hydroplaning on the freeway. Even though it slowed down the repair process, Premier did the right thing by waiting until insurance approved the different aspects of the work before starting it. Throughout this time, I primarily communicated with Ray who patiently took the time to explain to me what issues they were encountering with the insurance adjuster and who reassured me they would do everything they could to minimize my out-of-pocket costs. Once the repairs were underway and until the end of the process, Kevin kept me updated like clockwork to let me know where they were with the repairs. I appreciated his open communication, and he even kept me posted while I was on vacation out of the country. It was especially nice to have him drop off the car just before we returned and have it sitting in my driveway! I've been to Premier Coach twice. I impressed by their work on my first car then when I got hit on my next car 4 years later, I came back to them. They're still awesome as ever! I worked with Lucas, and I appreciated the communication he provided. I should all mention that they honor their warranty really well. Had an issue with the repair that I did not see 2 months later. Hands down one of the best body shops in town. Barbara and their staff were very professional and always kept me in the loop during the time my car was being fixed. The color of my car is a special color, which is not a color from the factory. They were able to match the color perfectly. Even assisted me with arranging my rental car for the time they had my vehicle. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I was referred by my insurance company, and they did a great job! They stored our car for a couple weeks while we were gone on vacation. They also vacuumed and washed it. It was beautiful!

A few words about my recent experience with Premier Coach Auto Collision in Camarillo California. I have done business with a few local body shops in the past. But none as friendly, professional, or helpful as Premier Coach. They did a fantastic job for me. The repair job they performed on my Mercedes is near perfect. The color match is right on the money. And they really went above and beyond what most body shops would do. The car is insured with a very reputable company. But as common in these situations, they did not offer enough money to bring the car back to a suitable condition. Premier reassured me that they would resubmit a more accurate estimate, and correct the problem. George was my agent. And he did a super job making this happen!
