The Premier Coach Team understands that you can’t always get to one of our collision repair facilities when you need an estimate. We would like you to know that we are available for virtual estimates for your utmost convenience and safety during COVID-19. 

Please note that in many cases, the damage on your vehicle goes further than what the eye can see. A virtual estimate can give you a preliminary estimate on what the cost of the repair would be. Until a Premier Coach team member can disassemble your vehicle and get a deeper look, we won’t know the full extent of the damage that is present for a fully accurate repair cost.

An estimate is great in getting an approximate cost on your repair and also opens up the door for you to discuss how the repair process works including how things work with your insurance company, your rental, etc.

We ask that you email us photos of your vehicle for us to be able to get the best idea of the damage along with a brief description at [email protected]

The photos that are most helpful include:

• Mileage/Odometer

• License Plate

• VIN sticker (typically on the driver side door jam)

• Damage (close-up)

• Damage (3 feet away)

• Damage (5-7 feet away)

• Front of Vehicle 

• Rear of Vehicle 

• All 4 corners of your vehicle at eye level (be sure to get the entire vehicle in each shot)

• Front Headrests

Once the photos have been emailed over and an estimate has been written up, our team can go over the process with you on the phone, via FaceTime or even a Zoom call to go over the specifics of the repair with you.

If you’d like to have your vehicle repaired you can bring it to one of our locations where we have a zero contact, touchless process of dropping and picking up your vehicle OR we can come to your home or office and pick-up your vehicle. We ask that you have your keys sanitized and placed into a zip lock bag for one of our team members to collect when they arrive.

All paperwork will be signed electronically via DocuSign for complete security.
